PUBLIC PROTOTYPE / BUILD WEEK TEST PATH MODEL · CHECKING EFFECT · SESSION SANDBOX STATE · PROCESS-LOCAL / RESET-SAFE

HUMAN AUTHORITY FOR AI ACTIONS

AI can propose.
Only you can approve.

BadgeIn records exactly who decided. Skybridge allows only that exact consequence to cross.

PUBLIC PROTOTYPE / BUILD WEEK TEST PATH

See the boundary work.

A prompt may propose an action. The proposal receives no authority until you make one visible decision.

BadgeIn keeps this as evidence. It does not become authority.

Give the system an intent. Bee tries the model ladder, records the route that answered, and still cannot approve anything.

ONE REQUEST / TWO BOUNDARIES

The model reasons.
The human authorizes.

01

BadgeIn names the decision.

The app, action, resource, destination, and payload stay visible. Retrieved instructions remain untrusted.

02

Skybridge checks the crossing.

A short-lived grant must match every field. It can cross once. A changed, expired, revoked, or replayed request is refused.

THE WOUND IS DOCUMENTED

LOCAL AUTHORITY HISTORY

Every decision leaves a receipt.

Nothing here certifies a production deployment. The receipt shows only what this synthetic session observed.

No case events yet.

CONTEXTUAL PROOF

What the interface is enforcing.

01

Declared app manifest

MAY: read one demo calendar and send one summary to the demo team.

MAY NOT: read local files, swap recipients, borrow approval, or replay a badge.

02

Five check valves

  1. App manifest
  2. Human doorway
  3. Exact scope digest
  4. 90-second expiry
  5. Single-use claim

05

What is real

The public deployment tries Mac Engine first, then local Qwen fallbacks, then credential-gated OpenRouter and Cloudflare routes if configured. The receipt names the route, token counts, timings, output hash, and whether fallback was used. If every route is held, it fails closed.

06

What can still break

Availability, a compromised server or signing key, model-spend abuse beyond configured limits, and a human intentionally approving a harmful exact consequence remain outside this prototype’s guarantee. State is process-local and resets safely on restart.

Boundary: this build demonstrates the named synthetic cases and exact local behavior shown here. It is not a security certification.
